Eric Goldman
Attorney Goldman joined the firm in 1999 and is an experienced trial attorney having tried a broad variety of cases including insurance defense, subrogation and general civil litigation and has been recognized as a Massuchusetts Super Lawyer™. Attorney Goldman has tried cases in the Massachusetts Superior and District Courts, as well as the Federal Courts and has handled appeals before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Goldman has co-authored two books, Trying the Soft Tissue Injury Case in Massachusetts and Damages in Massachusetts Civil Trial Practice. He is a frequent lecturer in the area of insurance defense issues and trial practice and serves as a court appointed conciliator.
In addition to his defense practice, Attorney Goldman represents persons injured due to acts of negligence including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents and medical malpractice. Attorney Goldman also handles criminal matters in all courts in the Commonwealth, including cases in juvenile court and represents law enforcement officers in matters before Internal Affairs and the Firearm Discharge Board.

About Eric Goldman
Attorney Goldman resides on the South Shore with his wife, a special needs Teacher. His oldest son proudly serves in the Air Force with the 158th fighter wing, VT; his middle son teaches English Literature and his daughter, a recent college graduate, works in marketing and business.
